 The sun shining
The feeling of spring is in the air
The air is fresh but a little cold
The earth feels soft as the snow melts
Days like this feel lighter....
   ...better
The air feels different
My steps are lighter too
I plant my feet to the ground, 
strong like a tree
I close my eyes and lift my face
   to the warm sun
I take a slow, deep breath and
   feel my lungs and bely fill
   with air - 
life giving air, spirited air,
   life
How amazing the crisp air feels
My body feels renewed
My spirit is renewed
I'm grounded and whole
