205. Anger

I have all this anger built
up inside of me,
I don't know what to do
How do I get rid of it?
Where do I put it?
I don't want to tell anyone
And yet I can't keep it
bottled up inside of me.
It's slowly eating away at me,
Tearing me up inside -
Destroying me and everyone
else around me
How do I get rid of
so much anger -
Then where would I
put it all
For I know it's too much
for another to handle.
